Agar bioplastics experiments
Bioplastic
The recipe we used is a combination between bioplastic 1 and 2. We also added some seaweed powder.
Recipe:
- 15 gram agar
- 35 gram glycerine
- 900 ml water
- 2,5 gram seaweed powder
Process
Once fully dried the material is very flexible with a subtle texture that flows like a fabric with a golden hue and transparency that looks beautiful on skin.
